Operations Assistant Intern – HR in the Corporate Enterprise Function will

• Schedule hiring requests for each role, level, location
• Create and manage requisitions
• Forge relationship with hiring managers
• Collect feedback from internal stakeholders
• Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis and monthly reports
• Support other recruiting projects and initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Candidates must be Human Resources students who are in the final 12 to 18 months of their degree program
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms (ATS) or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with professional networks such as LinkedIn
• Interest in learning about selection processes, interviews, and employer branding
• Fluency in English
• Client-first mentality
• Intense work ethic
