Job Role and Responsibilities:

ZS’s Client Neighborhood Group consists of several teams that are directly focused on using analytics and insights to identify external market drivers, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to a single, specific client. Plan, initiate, and manage medium and large-scale information technology (IT) projects and manage and provide guidance to technical junior team members, including degreed Business Analysts, Associates, Associate Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Leads (10%). Coordinate with Project Leadership to define the IT project scope and strategies, requiring ability to understand business issue, select the appropriate IT tools and ZS software/functionalities, and develop IT strategies using project management tools (5%). Provide leadership and management on multiple IT projects to ensure that high-quality project deliverables are completed with an appropriate level of analytical rigor and are delivered on time and within budget, requiring expertise in front-end user reporting, back-end database management, and/or ETL interfacing technologies (10%). Lead the execution of key assignments, including directing all communications with clients and team members to understand objectives and technical requirements/features, create deliverables, and communicate findings, requiring ability to understand BI solution designs and implementations (10%). Manage the design and execution of IT and quantitative and qualitative analyses to understand and address key project issues (10%). Lead feasibility analysis, select the technologies that provide the optimal solution, and identify ZS's proprietary products available that will best fit the solution proposed (5%).
