We are looking for a seasoned Systems Engineering leader to manage the Autonomy Hardware Systems organization.

You will lead a functional organization divided into two core pillars: System Design & Analysis and Verification & Validation (V&V).In this role, you will focus on the comprehensive system architecture and integration of our autonomy hardware.

You will own the engineering V-model, ensuring a seamless flow from system requirements down to subsystem and component requirements.

Your teams will be responsible for system validation and ensuring that changes in hardware/firmware are managed across the company and rigorously traced back to requirements.
