As the Manager of Fleet Testing & Repair on Zoox's Base Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic setup and execution of tests on Zoox development vehicles.

You will work closely with Base Operations Leadership and Engineering to drive new operational initiatives, establish key performance indicators, and ensure we stay hyper-focused on roadmap progression for our Zoox Test Fleet and Robotaxi vehicles.

This role involves overseeing testing activities across various vehicle systems, including vehicle performance, crash testing, noise and vibration (NVH), thermal performance, strength, and durability.

An ideal candidate is a change-maker with a strong operational background, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm in a rapid-paced environment.
