Mid-Market/Commercial Account Executive (German Speaking)
We’re looking for a Mid-Market/ Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in Amsterdam, supporting the Swiss and Austrian markets.
In this role, you’ll build long-term relationships with Mid-market and Commercial clients to understand their needs and help them modernize how they communicate and collaborate. The ideal candidate has experience selling Unified Communications (UCaas) or Contact Center (CCaaS) or Cloud Telephony or adjacent SaaS technology. They enjoy engaging with customers, identifying new opportunities, and closing impactful deals.

worldwide. Through strategic partnerships, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within the Mid-Market/ Commercial segment for direct business

Meeting or exceeding sales targets across the Zoom platform, including Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, and AI Companion capabilities

Identifying customer challenges and position Zoom as a strategic collaboration and AI productivity platform
-
Developing relationships with partners and selling via the channel
-
Conducting discovery conversations with C-level and VP-level executives to understand business priorities and digital transformation initiatives

Delivering compelling product demos, presentations, proposals, and QBRs that clearly articulate business value

Expanding relationships within existing customers through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
-
Collaborating closely with sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and partners to drive successful outcomes
What we’re looking for
-
4 years of Account Executive experience in a technology or SaaS environment
-
Have good experience selling cloud or SaaS solutions (collaboration, UCaaS, or video platforms is an advantage)
-
Be native in German and English (additionally, French would be an advantage)
-
Have previous experience with partners and selling via the channel.

Have a good track record of closing new business and expanding existing accounts
-
Have good experience managing full-cycle sales processes and pipeline development
-
Engage with senior executives and business decision makers
-
Be organized, self-motivated and results driven
