What you can expect You will lead the APAC CX Sales Specialist sales team, driving customer acquisition and expansion. You will build strategy, coach talent, and optimize processes. You will deliver quota attainment while representing customer needs to product teams. You will report to the Head of ZCX Sales, APJ.

This person can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne - where we have a hybrid work designation.

Through collaboration with our internal sales teams, channel partners, product and customer success teams, we deliver innovative, scalable solutions that redefine how businesses connect with their customers. You’ll be joining a dynamic, collaborative team that thrives on innovation, empowerment and shared success.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 5+ years of software or technology sales experience in contact center, CCaaS, conversational intelligence, or workforce optimization solutions

  • Have experience of leading and manage sales teams in high-volume, transactional environments with consistent quota achievement

  • Have a deep understanding of contact Center, telephony and ZCX technologies including AI, analytics and workforce management

  • Have experience of building and developing sales talent through coaching, feedback, and performance management

  • Have experience of forecasting accurately, and manage complex sales cycles using CRM platforms like Salesforce and Clari

  • Have experience conducting executive-level conversations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to address business needs
