What you can expect

You are the field-facing expert on Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) — Zoom’s AI-powered platform for revenue teams. Sales teams bring you in when customers want to see how AI can transform their sales processes. This quota-carrying role combines consultative enterprise selling with AI solution design, helping customers operationalize intelligent workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.

From Zoom Revenue Accelerator to AI Companion, we are building an ecosystem that listens, learns, and acts—helping teams in revenue, support, and IT achieve more with less friction. What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales technology consulting with enterprise customers.

  • Show proven ability to engage CROs, VPs of Sales, and Sales Operations leaders in strategic discussions about revenue performance.

  • Demonstrate understanding of sales process design, forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching analytics.

  • Have conceptual and operational knowledge of CRM and sales engagement systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Outreach, Gong).

  • Show effective communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex AI concepts for business audiences.

  • Show familiarity with Zoom’s AI stack and a working knowledge of agentic workflows (a bonus).

  • Coordinate POCs or workshops that demonstrate measurable business outcomes (a bonus).

  • Understand API-level integrations across sales tech ecosystems (a bonus).

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment within a global enterprise (a bonus).
