What you can expect

You will design and operate carrier-grade voice and messaging infrastructure connecting global telecom partners. You'll architect SIP trunking solutions and manage carrier relationships to expand services into new markets. Your work ensures regulatory compliance, network reliability, and high-quality communications for millions of users.

About the Team

We deliver global voice and messaging services through carrier partnerships. Our team collaborates across engineering, operations, and commercial functions. We enable reliable communications infrastructure that connects users worldwide.

What we’re looking for

• Hold Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology or related field.

• Demonstrate 6+ years designing, implementing, or troubleshooting SIP trunking in carrier or enterprise environments.

• Apply knowledge of VoIP signaling protocols including SIP, RTP, UDP, TLS, and SRTP.

• Manage carrier interconnects and understand voice routing, codecs, and call flows.

• Work with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods for carrier integration.

• Collaborate across time zones with sufficient overlap for US-based team coordination.

• Apply BGP routing protocol knowledge for VoIP service design and transport.

• Utilize experience with SBCs such as Audio Codes, Oracle/Acme, or Ribbon.
