What you can expect
In this role you will grow adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Engagement Management capabilities (WFO/WFM). Increasing awareness across current Zoom customers as well as acting as a market evangelist within new Zoom customers and customer prospects is our overarching mission. This role is based in Tokyo, and reports to Head of CX Sales, APJ based in Australia.

What we’re looking for
-
Have 10+ years Experience of Telephony Contact Center Sales Experience (Cloud & Premises PBX), and any team leader experience is strongly required

Have a fluent Business Japanese & English (This role is based in Tokyo)

Experience working within strategic Enterprise accounts

Experience leading others with product/services training; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials

Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Able to travel as needed
