フィールドサービスエンジニアとして、ROSAのメンテナンス及び修理を担当し、技術的なサポートを提供します。臨床工学や電気工学の知識が求められ、英語でのコミュニケーション能力が必要です。国内外の出張があり、柔軟な思考と迅速な事務処理能力が求められます。

Long Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

70％：ROSA全般のメンテナンス及び修理について管理及び実行する

20％：ROSA入荷作業及び倉庫での修理、点検、出荷準備等の作業を実行する

10％：対象疾患領域の手術を理解し、技術的なサポートをタイムリーに実施する

Your Background

Education/ Experience Requirements

・理工学の知識（臨床工や電気工学等）の知識を有する方

・テクニカルサポートの観点から課題抽出、解決策の実行を冷静に対応することができる方

・整形外科または脳神経外科領域での業務経験歓迎

・英語でのWriting、Reading スキル及びグローバルステークホルダーとの英語でのコミュニケーション能力

Travel Expectations

• 国内およびまれに海外出張あり

（国内：週2-3回程度、海外：主にトレーニング等）
