What You Can Expect
Assists with the development and coordination of training programs for Zimmer Biomet personnel. Maintains records of training documentation according to organizational and regulatory requirements. Ensures training demands of the business are met by responding to various requests for training reports and updates.
How You'll Create Impact
- Executes day to day needs of the training system through responding to change control documents requiring training input, responding to requests from the business and inputting documents into the learning management system
- Assures all employees receive effective training and have effective assigned training to ensure compliance with regulatory and job skill requirements.
- Work closely with Document Control to ensure that applicable personnel are trained on new or revised internal procedures.
- Coordinate with team leads from other departments to coordinate their training needs.
