About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our production team in Beijing plant.

What you can look forward to as Process Engineer:

• Create and optimize work instruction, FMEA, CP and related SAP data.

• Arrange trial and standard produce of new production and define standard work time with related department.

• Analyze the quality problem with fish bone chart,5-why, find the root cause and make measures.

• Maintain the equipment, fixture and spare part, purchase auxiliary material.

• Optimize production process to improve the production efficiency.

• Design and improve fixture to give better support to production.

• Lead 8D project, new product project and cost down project.

• Responsible for regular technical training.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile as Process Engineer:

• Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanic or related

• At least 3 years assembly experience of mechanical production

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills

• Proficiency with SAP and MS-Office.
