The IT team in Yokohama provides operational support for global IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and efficiency across servers, networks, and workplace systems. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable services. Our mission is to enable business continuity and drive digital transformation through innovative solutions.

What you can look forward to as IT Support Engineer:

• Manage regional delivery of IT services and ensure infrastructure reliability.

• Operate and administer onsite IT systems, including servers, storage, and local networks.

• Implement monitoring and capacity planning to meet business requirements.

• Lead local IT projects and coordinate external resources within budget and timelines.

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues to maintain performance.

• Ensure compliance with backup, disaster recovery, and security standards.

Your Profile as IT Support Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure components, virtualization, and workplace systems.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency, both oral and written; minimal travel required.
