Service Network Development Enginner:
We are looking for a Service Network Development Engineer for our Sultanbeyli location.
What you can look forward to as Service Network Development Engineer:

Managing all existing, potential and candidate passenger car and commercial vehicle service network points & partners in line with ZF's Optimal Service Footprint strategy
-
Expanding the service network and to increase the business potential of the services in the region and to do the necessary work for new business opportunities
-
Implement/deploy global workshop concept to local market and do the workshop audits
-
Ensuring customer and service network satisfaction
-
Solving and/or supporting to solve technical or software malfunctions, trying to increase the capabilities of the workshops and supporting the services for solving the problems
Your Profile as Service Network Development Engineer:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive, mechatronics are preferred)
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive after-sales services, service network and customer management, preferably experienced in corporate identity applications
-
Effective communication and relationship management skills with analytical thinking, well organized and strong coordination skills
-
No restriction for traveling and able to actively drive and no military obligation for male candidates
-
Proficiency in MS Office and good English knowledge
