Job Description:

About the Team:

The role will drive the pricing transformation agenda by overseeing detailed project plans from commercial standpoint. Working with extended teams across functions and regions, the role will ensure clarity of plan of record, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned and will proactively drive issue resolution to keep the Process/projects win.

What you can look forward to as  Assistant  Manager – Accounts and FInance  :

  • Planning, Forecasting and Reporting (PFR)

    • Responsible for Timely and accurate Management / Group reporting to region/Global
  • Responsible for Monthly / Annual analysis of books of accounts at the Business unit level.

Responsible for Reporting as per Group Directives and ZF IFRS Accounting manual and CoA.

  • Responsible for Planning and Forecasting for all reporting units / ZF India as a whole.

Responsible for the monthly financial projection submission.

  • Financial Analysis (actual > Plan > Forecast)

    • Responsible for analysis of operating results and performance against budget
  • Reviewing COGS analysis at a gross level (Plan/Actual) and detailed analysis at product level.

Reviewing change in commodity prices for raw material and approving PO revision accordingly.

  • Monthly sales analysis (Actual

  • Plan

  • Forecast

  • PY).Monitor and approve NPM indents in comparison with annual budgets (in line with sales).Reviews and approve capital and major expense requests for appropriateness and proper computation of savings and return on investment. Coordinates disposition of idle assets.

  • Summarizing and tracking Investment Plans, Capex analysis, Pay Back Period etc.

Responsible for following GD and norms for Investment Controlling.

Responsible for calculating Product Costing and Pricing Proposals.

Provide Standard Cost and Price Revision Proposals to KAM's for customer price revisions

  • Your Profile as Assistant Manager

  • Acconts and Finance  :

  • 4 – 7 years of related experience in a professional role with professional qualification e.g. chartered accountant or cost accountant

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.

Ability to work independently with virtual teams

  • Skilled with use of Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated business acumen and project management experience

  • Problem solving skills, including issue identification/structuring, data collection, analysis, synthesizing results, developing actionable and measurable implementation plans

  • Ability to develop and implement repeatable processes, metrics, and management reports

  • Comfortable working with different levels of the organization and across cultures.

Good verbal and written communication skills
