Aftersales Services Engineer

We are strengthening our team in Customer Service at our location in Istanbul/Sultanbeyli.

About the team and role:

As the after-sales services department, we handle warranty operations, field operations, service network development, training, and technical support processes for ZF and its affiliated brands Lemförde, Wabco, TRW, and Sachs in Turkey and Azerbaijan.

What you can look forward to as Aftersales Services Engineer:

• Deliver ongoing technical support to authorized service centres and OEM’s

• Analyse technical reports from authorized services and OEMs, provide technical guidance to services in collaboration with internal technical support teams

• Communicate with customers based on headquarters feedback and reports received

• Support joint technical projects with customers

• Coordinate logistics for part shipments and returns of defective products

• To follow up on warranty-related matters together with the warranty department and support the process of obtaining warranty approvals from related headquarter units

• Install diagnostic devices, perform software updates, and manage related customer interactions

• Coordinate and monitor external service technicians when needed

Your profile as Aftersales Services Engineer:

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field

• At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive sector in similar position

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills with team oriented mindset

• Basic computer literacy and active driving capability

• High customer focus and service-oriented attitude

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English
