Job Description About the Team

The Customer and Commercial Excellence (CCX) team focuses on optimizing pricing strategies and commercial processes across Business Lines (BLs) and Regional Units (RUs). The team works closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), and cross-functional stakeholders to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in pricing operations. Through data-driven insights and process harmonization, CCX drives consistency and supports better decision-making across the organization.

What you can look forward to as CCX Pricing Intern:

• Support the documentation and harmonization of pricing processes across Business Lines and Reporting Units.
• Identify and analyze existing tools and workflows to detect gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in mapping pricing processes and evaluating discrepancies in payment and sales data.
• Collaborate with Sales and AR teams to investigate root causes of ID discrepancies.
• Contribute to the development of process improvements and mitigation plans.
• Help build and organize documentation repositories (e.g., Share Point, Confluence).
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to enhance pricing transparency and efficiency.

Your Profile as CCX Pricing Intern:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (7th semester or above).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Conversational English proficiency (~70%).
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and improve processes.
