We are looking for a new colleague in Production-Engineering and Technical Support in Lommel, Belgium.

What you can look forward to as Manager Machine Maintenance & Facilities:

• Ensure the availabilities of machines, equipment and utilities for continuous production

• Keep track of maintenance parameters by carrying out inspections of the machinery and facilities

• Lead projects for plant expansion and for implementing the latest technologies in our machine park

• Plan and control the maintenance and facility budget and ensure that the budget is not superseded

• Share your extensive knowledge with your team and the broader organization

• Improve workplace safety by eliminating hazards and working closely with our HSE department

• Analyze data on down-time losses and identify potential cost-reduction

Your profile as Manager Machine Maintenance & Facilities:

• Degree of Engineering with several years of experience in maintenance

• Proven experience in a managerial role with excellent people skills, this both with regards to management of your team as towards the development of team members

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to perform in the dynamic of an ever-changing organization

• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

• Result oriented and decisive attitude

• Moreover you foster open communication

• Very good English and Dutch language skills
