About the Team:
ADAS Japan is development department for ADAS technology which is part of Automated Driving in ZF technology domain and integrated into vehicles.
The role of engineering project manager is responsible for overall coordinator to ensure the project progresses smoothly and delivers on time. While technical tasks are entrusted to the project team, the primary responsibilities include "planning," "management," and "coordination" to achieve the overall goals of the team.

Leading technical discussions with customers in Japanese

Creating timelines, managing resources, and budgets

Technical negotiations with clients and partner companies

Identifying and mitigating technical and scheduling risks

Coordinating across cross-functional teams

Your Profile as Engineering Project Manager
-
ADAS Project:
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or software engineering
-
At least 5 years of experience on Automotive ECUs or embedded software engineering.

Ability to communicate at business level in both Japanese and English
-
Good understanding of vehicle communication networks (CAN / CAN-FD / Ethernet), embedded system engineering, general automotive standards (Automotive SPICE, Auto Sar, UDS)

Ability to communicate technical concepts in both Japanese and English. German is a plus.

Powerful sense of responsibility and teamwork
-
Prefer to have some experience on these field; understanding of vehicle control systems (e.g., ACC, LDW, AEB), sensor technologies (LiDAR, cameras, radar, ultrasonic sensors), knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Level), familiarity with requirements management and issue resolution tool
