About the role

Tasks to be Performed

  • Identify key stakeholders in the client's decision‑making process and establish a productive professional relationship.

  • Monitor distributor purchases and support their sales team in promoting our products.

  • Analyze and implement pricing/discount policies as defined in the commercial policy.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities both within the existing sales channel and in leading markets.

  • Proactively gather and analyze market commercial conditions and propose improvements to our commercial policy.

Profile Requirements

  • Students or graduates of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields within the corporate sector.

  • Proactive and results‑oriented profile.

  • Digital Office skills (Excel – PowerPoint – SAP – CRM – Power BI).

  • Strong communication skills and solid interpersonal relationships.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Experience in the automotive industry.

  • Customer satisfaction focus.

  • Advanced English.

  • Driver's license.
