About the Team:

Join us at the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade, where we are building a modern, collaborative, and forward‑looking team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Financial Controller who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

In this position, you will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help us elevate reporting and controlling standards across the organization. What you can look forward to as Junior Financial Controller:

• Execute/ define day-to-day processes in scope (e.g. manage and continuously improve standardized reporting processes, provide financial analysis),

• Identification of improvement areas and implementing additional measures required,

• Supporting cost control and optimization efforts,

• Participating in financial planning and budgeting activities,

• Collaborating with senior staff to identify financial risks and opportunities and providing decision support,

• Providing regular reports in KPIs and all other topics required,

• Create specific reporting (e.g. open items, ledger reconciliation, …) analyze differences, prepare required files as per templates,

• Carrying out target/actual comparisons, variance analyses and ad hoc evaluations,

• Interact with organizational counterparts.

Your profile as Junior Financial Controller:

• University degree preferred or alternatively education in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration,

• About 1 year of experience in a role in the relevant process area, preferably in an international environment and / or automotive industry, within shared service organization,

• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines,

• A high level of numerical and analytical skills,

• Problem identification skills,

• Ability to prioritize and schedule workload,

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages as a plus.
