Job Description:

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts, thereby investing in the future in a targeted manner. We are expanding our teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleague to join our team at our location in Pančevo.

What can you look forward to as Divisional Process Expert Finance / Controlling:

• Contribution to the development and implementation of the system strategy in Controlling / Finance in Division E across all locations worldwide, as well as (part-) project lead and participation in the conception of the Finance / Controlling systems for new locations within Div. E, including the rollout.

• Process documentation, creation of functional specifications and process requirements together with the Business, as well as coordination of these concepts with the IT. Project lead of (partially cross-location) projects in Controlling / Finance, incl. project planning & project management.

• Participation in Corporate projects in the area of Controlling / Finance as well as in IT projects (system migrations, release changes, S/4 HANA migration).

• Consulting and support of the Reporting Units of Division E worldwide in process and IT topics, as well as in month-end and year-end closing.

• Participation and part project lead in the conception of reporting systems on location, product line, and Division level as well as implementation of these concepts in SAP BI together with IT.

Your profile as Divisional Process Expert Finance / Controlling:

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Information Technology, or similar education

• Excellent SAP knowledge (SAP FI & SAP CO) as well as experience with SAP BI

• Own initiative, independent and target-oriented mode of operation, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team

• Very good skills in the English language

• Readiness to Travel
