Plant HR/GA Manager

About the Team:
The Plant HR/GA team plays a central role in supporting both people and operations at the plant level. Working closely with business leaders and employees, the team drives HR strategy, ensures compliance, and fosters an engaged, safe, and productive workplace. You will be part of a trusted partner function that connects business goals with people development.
What you can look forward as Plant HR/GA Manager:

Actively partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, support employee and organizational development, and lead all HR processes such as HC & labor budget planning, talent acquisition, on-off boarding, performance evaluation, annual salary reviews, succession planning, HRIS management etc for the assigned organizations.

Provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver management and employee communication/training.

Provide support to business leaders to monitor and improve employees’ engagement.

Act as first point of contact for all labor and employee relations and compliance issues.

Manage all general affairs for the assigned organization, including but not limited to non-production facility/equipment management and internal/external communications and relations management,

Promote and manage EHS activities in the assigned organization.
Your Profile as Plant HR/GA Manager:
-
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in HRGA. Preferable in production site.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field are preferred.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong productive relationship.

Native level written and verbal communication in Japanese, and business level written and verbal communication in English.

Analytical and goal oriented; Thorough knowledge of labor legislation; Full understanding of key HR functions; Strong business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
