Within our unit we develop, validate and service gear units used in wind turbines producing sustainable energy and we have been doing this for more than 40 years! What you can look forward to as Process Lead

• Logistics (m/f/d):

• Main objective is to improve our KPIs in the area of Logistics. Logistics is comprised of the following areas : Packaging (inbound and outbound), Transport (internal and external), Warehousing, Kitting and Internal Factory Logistics. Supply Chain Process Lead for the Logistics area.

• Install a collaborating and constantly learning Global IW Supply Chain Community. Also contribute at improving our Supply Chain processes in general

• Determine and assess opportunities and risks for relevant processes and tools. Develop and install state of the art processes in the area of Logistics

• Capture relevant knowledge (from Group, Division, external sources) and include in improvement proposals. Be chairman of the Best Practice Team for Logistics, driving continuous improvement. Provide and roll out training on standard processes and tools

• Be the link with our Div I - SC team with regards to processes and system improvements. Document and monitor process-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead or participate in projects in your field of responsibility

Your Profile as Process Lead

• Logistics (m/f/d):

• You have minimum a bachelor degree in engineering, with 7 – 12 years of relevant work experience.

• You can think/work on both conceptual and executing level and visualize processes, solutions, etc in an effective and efficient manner.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Creative mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude who takes initiatives and is dedicated to realize the set goals.

• Some travel will be expected, mainly to our IW plants. Estimated at +/- 15%.
