Team Lead Global OE Data Research About the Team We are looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket Division at our location in PJ. The Global OE Data Generation team plays a critical role in enabling ZF Aftermarket’s global operations by delivering high-quality, scalable OE data solutions. The team works cross-regionally with business lines, portfolio management, and IT to ensure alignment with business priorities and quality standards. Collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement are core to how the team operates globally. What you can look forward to as Team Lead Global OE Data Research: Lead the global OE data generation team to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable OE data aligned with ZF Aftermarket priorities Act as the primary interface between global stakeholders and the OE data team, ensuring alignment on business needs and expectations Plan, assign, and manage tasks, projects, and priorities across the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement for OE data collection, validation, and maintenance Lead project planning, define milestones, and monitor timelines for OE data-related operational initiatives Analyze workload capacity and resource needs, identifying opportunities for process efficiency and optimization Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and insights to senior management and stakeholders Your Profile as Team Lead Global OE Data Research: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with extended subject-specific specialization Strong leadership experience with proven people management, coaching, and performance development capabilities Solid knowledge of the automotive industry and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) products Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, IT, or similar functions Strong methodological skills in standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement High organizational and coordination competence, especially in international and cross-regional team environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in professional English; German language skills are an advantage Why you should choose ZF in Malaysia?
