The team focuses on delivering innovative and competitive after-sales solutions for industrial drive systems, supporting sectors such as construction machinery, mining, and special vehicles. Collaborating closely with global teams, we aim to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth through technical excellence and service optimization.

What you can look forward to as Repair Solution Engineer:

• Develop preventive overhaul plans and standardized repair guidelines tailored to industrial drive systems.

• Design spare part repair kits that align with operational characteristics and cost-efficiency requirements.

• Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings in mining, construction machinery, and special vehicle industries to identify unique selling points.

• Provide technical enablement for sales teams and customers through training and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with global teams to define development processes and manage project implementation cycles.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful solution deployment.

• Support portfolio expansion and contribute to improved after-sales experience and market share.

Your Profile as Repair Solution Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with hands-on service background.

• Familiarity with construction machinery, mining, or special vehicle industries.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  Willingness to travel for short-term business trips.
