What you can look forward to as Production Supervisor:

• This position is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the optimal functioning of the operation, achieving the established metrics, in accordance with the company's guidelines, policies, procedures and quality, safety and environmental criteria.
• Leading the Production Unit Management Team
• Plan the production of all plant lines.
• Meet daily customer deliveries in production and service requirements.
• Produce quality products and meet zero defect objectives and/or establish strategies to achieve this.

Your Profile as Production Supervisor:

• 4+ Years solid working experience in Operations (SIMILAR POSITION)
• 2+ Years leadership experience
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills
• In Dept- Knowledge in safety, Delivery and Production
• Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing
• ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and 45001
• Core Tools AMEF, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC, CP
• English: Advanced
