Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure Compliance with the Quality system.

• Eradicate or prevent defects in assembly and machining lines.

• Ensure the approval of new products (Launches).

• Conducts and leads statistical studies in accordance with the MSA manual.

• Coordinates problem solving process.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Graduate).

• Core Tools (APQP,PPAP,AMEF,CONTROL PLAN,SPC, MSA)

• Advanced English

• IQ - APIS

• Analysis of problems 8DS / 5WS

• GD&T

• Requirements of the client.

• IATF

• Supplier material verification

• Knowledge of assembly process / component manufacturing

• Measurement knowledge, CMM reports

• Management of KPIs.
