About the Team

This Job Role is part of the Job Family "Finance, Accounting and Controlling" / Sub-Job-Family "Accounting". It includes jobs mainly accountable for bookkeeping operations, and/or for the preparation of related financial statements (i.e. balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and mandatory notes), in our Beijing Plant of Division Industrial Technology China. A Finance Manager leads the team with seasoned experience in finance controlling and analysis of the plant operations. The work location will be the Beijing Powertrain Systems plant.

What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst:

• Be responsible for the sales reports weekly and monthly.

• Coordinate with SSC to monitor and support MEC and YEC.

• Support the cost center expenses management.

• Be responsible for all kinds of key figures and management report analysis.

• Be responsible for Monthly/Quarterly forecast, and the annual budget preparation and analysis

• Support the annual and periodic stocktaking.

• Assistant Finance Manager in controlling functions in the respective reporting unit.

Your Profile as Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor or equivalent education background.

• Min. 8 years of related finance controlling experience in a manufacturing enterprise. Multiculture enterprise is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and has experience of ERP, and SAP is preferred.

• Fluent in oral and written communication in English and local language Chinese.

• Strong teamwork spirit, could be independently working without supervision. Is self-motivated with high sense of working responsibility.

• Detail oriented. Willing to learn.
