Context: Within Chanel, Treasury is an integrated department actively contributing to the Group’ business strategy, operations, and growth by optimizing the usage of available liquidities, providing funding solutions, managing financial risks appropriately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the responsibility of the Head of Treasury Operations, you will:

  • In close collaboration with FP&A and Regional Treasuries, orchestrate & manage the Group quarterly forecasting cycle using direct methodology, ensuring:P&L alignment
  • Capital structure monitoring (financing need identification, dividends planning, cash vs IC Loans)
  • And insights provision to senior management on short / middle liquidity vision for the Group
  • Under the leadership of FP&A, collaborate to the Group quarterly forecasting cycle using the indirect methodology
  • Considering the upcoming decommission of the direct methodology, support transformation pillar to build a short-term cash forecasting model which will become the new responsibility of Global Treasury.
  • Oversee all cards programs (corporate cards, lodged cards)Set up Governance and Policy
  • Define and analyze key indicators
  • In close collaboration with Accounting, lead cash pooling transformation project, ensuring increased cash concentration ratio.
  • Oversee and optimize payment operations for our offline and online retail activities at a Global scale Safeguard the organization against fraudulent activities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve our payment and fraud prevention systems, ensuring compliance with global standards and improved user experience.
  • Manage the Global relationships (& contracts) with payment providers (PSP, tax refund players, cash/paper collections)
  • Monitor tax refund programs in the relevant markets
  • Be a key stakeholder in the improvement of processes of accounting reconciliation with payment & fraud providers reporting
  • Ensure data integrity within the Group's Treasury Management System (TMS) and the positioning of our system as the global single source of truth for Treasury activities.
  • Drive process efficiency and continuous enhancement through automation and the implementation of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance payment processing and cash concentration efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Proven experience in finance roles with an international dimension.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop coherent business solutions.
  • Capacity to navigate and excel in an international and complex environment.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong demonstrated expertise in cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank account management, FX operations and intercompany.
  • A minimum of 5 years of treasury operations experience in an international corporation.
  • Strong demonstrated expertise (at least 3 years) in payments and fraud.
  • Affinity with technology and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets related to payment transactions and fraud pattern to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
