About The Team

We are looking for a Customer Product Manager to work for our brake systems in the Off-Highway sector, to provide conventional and electronic braking solutions for OEMs at our location of Shanghai, China.

What you can look forward to as Customer Product Manager:

  • Responsible for the application solutions development throughout the product lifecycle, from the start of product development to maintenance in series production, especially for the mechanical topic, for our product line Brake Systems in the Off-Highway Segment. The solution included conventional and electronic braking solutions for the OEMs in the Off-highway sector, including pneumatic and hydraulic (such as master cylinder and full power brake) as well as electrohydraulic systems to various vehicles, from agricultural tractors and trailers, to construction, mining, and other specialist vehicles.

  • Support the Application Design, Sales Acquisition, and Project Management for brake systems in the Off-highway sector. Support in regular customer contact and care, and product solution upgrading, to ensure product development activities are completed according to agreed deadlines, scope, product costs, and project costs of product description (including GDPEP deliverables). Assure that the global product strategy is implemented in the country.

  • Customer and market analysis to define the detailed factors influencing the real estate and construction business and other off-highway sectors.

  • Competitor analysis and observation.

Your Profile as Customer Product Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Hydrolic Systems or related major. 2 years+ working experience in sales / application management in the non-automotive area (means off-road vehicles) or equivalent.

  • Good English & Chinese skills both oral and in written.

  • Active in communication, has successful cases of building internal and external networks for work. Able to get ideas through by influencing and convincing.

  • Team work spirit, has high sense of responsibility.

  • Able to work under pressure and without surveillance.
