About the team:

ZF Production System Team is the one that always looks forward, clarify the route and makes things happen to improve the performance and competitivity of the company. The team consist in 4 ZFPS engineers and 1 ZFPS black belt, all men, assigned each one to a Process Group area and responsible for a ZFPS methodology deployment.

What you can look forward to as ZF Production System Intern:

• Identify opportunities of improvement

• Implement actions to reduce waste and increase efficiency

• Follow up specific KPI’s

• Develop and document CIS projects

• Participate in Kaizen Workshops

• Train key operators and engineers

Your Profile as ZF Production System Intern:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), desireble Power BI and Auto cad.

• Basics Concepts of Mechanics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.

• Basic Concepts of Industrial Engineering like Time and Motion Analysis, Ergonomics Analysis, Capacity Analysis, etc.

• Required skills on Teamwork, Learning Fast, Proactive.

• Preferred skills on Data Analysis, Organized
