About the Team

-Industry 4.0 department responsible for implementing new technology and align plant strategy with corporate guidelines regarding I4.0.
-Responsible for the production cybersecurity in OT devices.
-Digitalization of processes.
-Microsoft power platform implementation

What you can look forward to as Smart Factory Manager:

• Digital Process Planning Platform / Digital Production Operations Platform.

• Maintain transparency of resources and budgets for regional DPSs.

• Responsible for Process Management for all production processes in the region (DPO-Production).

• Support SP/OP planning for regional PFM projects in the production environment (e.g., Industry 4.0, MES, SAP projects, etc.).

• Conduct training and information sessions on BPN (Business Process Notation).

• Lead Process Engineer (LPE) for Production Planning, Maintenance, IT-related production, Industry 4.0, etc.

• Ensure compliance with IT-related Maintenance standards and provide functional leadership for the LPE "IT-related Maintenance".

• Implement Industry 4.0 solutions (e.g., Digital Twin, IoT, Big Data Analytics, Condition Monitoring, etc.).

• Ensure IT Security in Production (PITS)

Your Profile as Smart Factory Manager

• Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related field / Master's degree – desirable.

• More than 5 years of professional experience/knowledge and experience in business processes related to production, management systems, and production tools and methods in the automotive environment.

• More than 5 years of professional experience/knowledge in Industry 4.0 Solutions (e.g., Digital Twin, IoT, Big Data Analytics, Condition Monitoring, etc.).

• General understanding of electronic products.

• Department management, setting goals aligned with corporate objectives, and communicating them to the team.

• Technical and commercial understanding of the process's impact on KPIs.

• Team management, Strong leadership and matrix skills with a team spirit and global perspective.

• Strong business acumen and performance.
