In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the Category Lead by transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that help guide strategic decisions. You will work closely with various business partners, providing meaningful analysis and ensuring transparency across core processes. What you can look forward to as Business Analyst m/f/d:

• Deliver analytical support for the Commercial Vehicles Aftermarket, turning data into insights that help Business Lines make well‑informed decisions;

• Identify unusual patterns and performance issues in data, ensuring early detection of bottlenecks or risks;

• Prepare monthly financial reports for Business Lines, covering sales, margin, and other key indicators;

• Support planning and budgeting, including cost control and ensuring budget execution stays aligned with financial targets;

• Analyze financial performance against previous years and targets, highlighting key trends and explaining significant deviations;

• Participate in SP (Strategic Plan) and OP (Operational Plan) preparation, ensuring consistent and reliable financial inputs;

• Monitor relevant economic factors, such as FX rates and inflation, and assess their impact on business performance;

• Collaborate with Regional and Division Controlling, Pricing, Finance, and other teams to ensure aligned reporting and provide support on sales forecasting, SG&A tracking, past‑due monitoring, and preparation of required business reports.

Your Profile as Business Analyst m/f/d:

• Degree preferably in Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field of study;

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or providing analytical support to business decision‑making;

• Background in the automotive industry, aftermarket environment, or a broader manufacturing setting is considered a beneficial addition;

• Advanced analytical capabilities, combined with confidence in using data‑processing tools; Power BI/Cognos knowledge is viewed as a useful asset;

• Strong strategic and synthetic thinking, with the ability to interpret information from various angles and convert findings into meaningful guidance for the business;

• Fluent English, both spoken and written; German language skills are advantageous;

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling effective communication and alignment across multiple internal stakeholders.
