Our team is a cross-functional, global community of dedicated ZF Digital Transformation Agents (DTAs) & Process Experts. You will be part of the S/4YOU project team that is charged with ERP template development, implementation, and continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4HANA. What can you look forward to as an S/4YOU Digital Transformation Agent – Accounting (m/f/d)?

• Driving the implementation of all project-related design activities within the EMEA region (Europe) with specific legal or local requirements in the area of Accounting

• Identifying gaps between existing Accounting functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them

• Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes

• Managing objectives as a sub-project manager for the Accounting area to ensure achievement of defined (sub)project goals

• Training Key-Users at the ZF site on Template processes

• Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site

• Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enrichment, and validation tasks

• Ensuring proper business execution after Go-Live of SAP ERP template

• Acting as primary contact for Key-Users for project-related questions

Your profile as an S/4YOU Digital Transformation Agent

• Accounting (m/f/d):

• Extensive process experience in the area of Accounting

• Good, functional SAP experience in Accounting including the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules

• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects

• Knowledge of specific, legal, or local Accounting process requirements

• Ability to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach

• Empathetic and cultural openness to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries and backgrounds

• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals

• Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide

• Fluent English language skills
