Responsibilities

• Professional receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods

• Execution of goods-in and goods-out postings within the inventory management system

• Picking, packing, and preparing shipments in accordance with customer orders

• Ensuring efficient material flow and on-time availability of goods

• Planning and optimizing warehouse processes in compliance with quality and safety standards

• Performing regular stock checks and supporting inventory activities

• Operating and maintaining industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts)

• Ensuring adherence to all applicable workplace, operational, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or a comparable qualification

• Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications

• forklift license preferred

• Structured, precise, and responsible working style

• Strong organizational skills and high reliability

• Ability to work in a team as well as willingness to work shifts
