About the Team:
We are looking for a new candidate for the position of Customer Order Management Specialist (m/f/d) within Aftermarket Division in our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location.
What you can look forward to as Customer Order Management Specialist (m/f/d):
-
To ensure that the material shipments of all product groups ordered by the sales teams are shipped at the right time, right quantity and right price in accordance with the procedures,
-
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders in the system, provide up‑to‑date status information, and resolve all requests received through communication channels in line with defined KPIs,
-
To carry out and follow up the transfer processes in export and customs,
-
To make all entry and exit registration procedures for all product group operations on ERP system,
-
To support monthly and weekly sales reports.
Your profile as Customer Order Management Specialist (m/f/d):
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support or customer order management positions, preferably in the automotive spare parts sector,
-
Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP), proficient in MS Office programs, nice to have: PowerBI skills,
-
Strong communication and customer‑orientation skills,
-
At least intermediate level of English and fluent Turkish (written and spoken).
