What you can look forward to as Technical Support & Training Specialist m/f/d:

Develop and strengthen ZF’s professional workshop support offering in the local market to enhance customer engagement and service quality;

Provide technical support through hotline and service desk activities, and resolve field technical or quality issues;
-
Conduct technical and sales trainings for customers, wholesalers, and internal teams, and maintain up‑to‑date training materials;
-
Visit customers regularly in the region and participate in events, trade fairs, and professional meetings;
-
Identify new business opportunities and communicate updates on new products and promotional activities;
-
Set targets, prepare achievable plans, and execute projects and budgets effectively;
-
Collect and report market insights, including competitor activities, pricing, and product launches;
-
Support the marketing team with preparation and verification of technical content and assist in handling warranty‑related customer cases.
Your Profile as Technical Support & Training Specialist m/f/d:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive field, preferably in technical roles;
-
Proven experience in conducting trainings or presentations for technical or commercial audiences;
-
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve technical issues;
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region;
-
Advanced Polish and English skills for professional communication and documentation;
-
Strong customer‑oriented mindset and readiness to support partners with professional service;
-
Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with customers and internal teams;
-
Collaborative working style with the ability to contribute effectively within a team.
