Process Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer for our Sakarya location.

What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer:

  • Manage Quality Planning for new & key changes to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Drive the understanding of Customer requirements related to quality planning such as safe launch planning, Process Readiness Audit, etc.) to ensure SOP readiness and safe launch.

  • Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval.

  • Drive the identification of lessons learned and the implementation of read-across activities, generating new lessons learned in the preSOP phase.

  • Coordination of the processing of 0km complaints, support problem solving, Error analysis, definition, implementation and effectiveness check of remedial and improvement measures, avoidance of repeat errors

  • GEMBA problem solving methods - cooperation with the employees on site

  • Creation and implementation of quality concepts, work and process instructions

Your Profile as Process Quality Engineer: :

  • Successfully completed university degree in industrial or automotive engineering or comparable area

  • Knowledge and experience in quality planning, quality management systems, quality tools, and methods; deep understanding of the ZF GDPEP process and quality standards; and Solid technical background regarding similar product technologies.

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Min 3 years’ experience on automotive manufacturing quality area especially in IATF

  • Fluent English, German is an asset

  • Knowledge and experience on APQP / PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5S - 6 Sigma, Kaizen is preferred

  • Knowledge about SAP usage is preferred

  • Ability to use Office Programs very well and effectively

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills

  • Good team player, result-oriented, analytical thinker
