About the Team:
Responsible for promoting a strong brand identity and product awareness across all markets and sectors that ZF operate within. Develop and coordinate all marketing communication material including, but not limited to, social media communication. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operations of events, conferences, factory visits and the co-ordination all communications with the event speakers, and presenters and furthermore with event organizers, participants and external vendors.
What you can look forward to as Marketing Specialist:

Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities across all products, brands, markets, and sectors ZF operate within
-
Help with marketing plans, communication plans and campaigns, including related administrations.

Work closely with internal/external creative agencies to design marketing materials and creative content.

Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms
-
Support the day-to-day handling of social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
-
Organize and occasionally attend events such as exhibitions, tech days, conferences, seminars and factory visits.

Supporting Sales representatives in managing customer’s marketing demands.

Supporting Technical trainer team in marketing related tasks
-
Ensuring localized content and distribution of newsletter(s)

Local support of central surveys
Your profile as Marketing Specialist:
-
University or college degree in economics / marketing, and min. 5 years of experience in marketing field
-
Native Hungarian, good English spoken and written
-
Experience in managing complex event projects.
-
Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
-
Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
-
A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms
-
Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful post to using effective storytelling techniques
-
Project and campaign management skills
-
The ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
-
Skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
-
An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
