Our HR Digitalization team drives innovation and efficiency across all HR functions by transforming manual processes into smart, automated solutions. We collaborate closely with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Payroll, and HR Operations to ensure seamless digital workflows. The department values continuous improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and a strong service mindset. As part of this team, you will contribute to shaping modern HR processes that support employees across the organization.

What you can look forward to as HR Digitalization Intern:

• Assisting with the implementation, testing, and documentation of HR systems and digital tools.

• Creating user‑friendly digital templates, forms, dashboards, and process documentation.

• Collaborating with cross‑functional HR teams to identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency.

• Providing first‑level support for HR platforms and helping resolve user issues.

• Analyzing HR data to support reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participating in special digitalization projects with measurable business impact.

• Supporting digital transformation projects focused on HR process optimization and automation.

Your Profile as HR Digitalization Intern:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Strong interest in HR technology, process automation, and digital transformation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Share Point, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured working style.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
