What you can look forward to as Legal Product Compliance Audit & Process Expert m/f/d:

Lead product compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry laws, regulations, and internal policies;

Analyze policies, documentation, certificates, labeling, and product specifications; recommend updates to maintain regulatory alignment;

Identify non‑compliant products, processes, or product groups and drive corrective actions through cross‑functional task forces;
-
Conduct risk assessments, evaluate potential compliance issues, and propose mitigation strategies;
-
Guide auditing teams, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and provide continuous support;
-
Prepare clear audit reports for internal and external stakeholders;
-
Coordinate and participate in Product Compliance Review Boards; track action items and ensure timely execution;

Stay current on regulatory changes and integrate new requirements into compliance procedures and audit plans.
Your Profile as Legal Product Compliance Audit & Process Expert m/f/d:
-
Master’s degree in Law (or related field) with proven experience in legal and/or compliance auditing;
-
Strong background in product management or process auditing within a manufacturing environment;
-
Solid understanding of industry product regulations; automotive and aftermarket (spare parts) knowledge is a strong asset;

Expertise in auditing methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards;
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills with high attention to details;
-
Experience in leading project teams and creating processes or training materials;
-
Fluency in English, with the ability to prepare documentation, lead discussions, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders;
-
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP proficiency, familiarity with compliance or risk management systems and databases awareness are an asset.
