  • We are seeking a Senior Manager with 15+ years of engineering experience and strong leadership capabilities to lead teams in the Division I, SW R&D(IA). The role requires a process-oriented leader with structured communication, solid SDLC knowledge, and the ability to motivate teams toward continuous improvement and innovation, while building strong collaboration with global counterparts
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
  • Drive a structured, process-oriented way of working aligned with quality and delivery objectives
  • Apply strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge across development, validation, and release phases
  • Good Expertise on Transmission and Axles products
  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts
  • Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery

Your profile as a Senior Manager:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline
  • 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior leadership or managerial roles
  • Strong technical knowledge on Transmission and Axles products
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and system development processes
  • Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
