Position Summary:

Support in the processes of freight services purchasing, such as supplier registrations, quotation processes, contract management, rate sheet management, etc. Assistance in conducting corporate freight projects, focusing on cost reduction. Analysis in the database of freight made to identify deviations/opportunities for improvement.

What can you look forward as Intern Non productive material fregiht:

• Rate management support.

• Follow up with carries for documentation.

• Onboard suppliers in our internal system.

• Introduce new suppliers to ZF standards.

• Initiate RFQ processes and support carrier questions.

• Support the team on day-to-day activities.

Your profile as a Intern Non productive material freight:

• Fluent in English ( writing & Speaking).

• Positive attitude and Analytic skills

• Proactive.

• Microsoft suite programs knowledge.

• Must have previous internship experiences in Purchasing / Material planning

• Must be studying Bachelor of industrial Engineering, International Relations/Business.

• Morning time availability.

• Power BI knowledge.

• Team working.

• Communication skills.
