Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist -Truck and Trailer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at our location in Delfgauw.

The Operations team is responsible not only for carrying out repairs but also for providing technical support to customers and dealers. A team of Technical Trainers and Technical Experts in the Benelux is ready to assist customers with technical issues. In addition, the team delivers training sessions to our customers and shares technical knowledge with the Sales department.

What you can expect as Technical Training Specialist -Truck and Trailer (m/f/d):

• Deliver technical ZF product training to our customers on trailer, truck, and bus-related braking & safety systems, as well as transmission systems.

• Develop training programs, training materials, and didactic tools.

• Support planning and maintain customer communication.

• Keep product and market knowledge up to date and respond to market inquiries and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with colleagues within the Network Management & Technical Customer Support Team.

Your profile as Technical Training Specialist -Truck and Trailer (m/f/d):

• Relevant hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing trailer braking systems, safety systems, and truck/bus transmission technology.

• Skilled in conveying theoretical and practical knowledge.

• Proficient in MS Office and presentation techniques.

• Commercial mindset and strong social skills.

• Fluent Dutch speaker with good command of English.

• Willingness to conduct training at customer locations (primarily in the Netherlands, occasionally in the Benelux region).
