About The Team:

• In the field of off-highway machinery including agriculture machinery, construction machinery and material handleing machinery, ZF is one of the technology and innovation leaders worldwide. We are looking for a new colleague, a Supplier Quality Management Engineer

• Casting for Division Industrial Technology AP at our location of Beijing.

• What you can look forward to as Supplier Quality Engineer

• Casting:

• Support and guide projects with the current focus on all China production plants, and support new projects for export parts to all global I plants.

• Supporting supplier management through achieving all ZF Specified deliverables related to product quality, in both preventive and reactive phases, in Region AP.

• Ensuring conformance to all ZF specifications and standards by applying proper APQP and PPAP methodologies in new, local, and GCS projects.

• Conducting and leading supplier development workshops and audits.

• Clarifying and coordinating between suppliers and the internal team.

• Quality-related responsibility for supplier selection, such as carrying out technical feasibility studies as well as process approval for suppliers.

• Your Profile as Supplier Quality Engineer

• Casting:

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical design, Materials, Automation, Casting, or equivalent.

• Experience as an expert in casting / machined casting or related fields.

• Quality-specific work base with rich experience in industrial parts or similar industries. Strong command of quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP. Six Sigma Greenbelt certification within 24 months will be appreciated.

• Knowledge of problem-solving methods and organizational skills and can work under pressure.

• Experience in management or supporting cross-region/country projects. Good communication skills and has teamwork spirit.

• Fluent in English and Chinese and has a network in related markets for supplier management.
