Job Description

What you can look forward as Sales Manager

  • Agri-clutch:

  • Drive sales for Agri Clutch in India

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 high-performing sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Develop and execute strategies for channel management, including dealer and distributor network expansion & products penetration.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement and customer relationship management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your profile as Sales Manager

  • Agri-clutch:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mech/Automobile engineering (preferred) or Graduate

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • 10+ years in Sales of Aftermarket Tractor Parts(Engine, Clutch, Transmission..etc)
    Proven track record in sales within the auto component industry, with strong exposure to Tractor Clutch business

  • Leadership experience in managing a team of confirmed performers.

  • Expertise in channel management, dealer/distributor network handling.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Go-getter attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
