Test Engineer (m/f/d)

We are expanding our R&D and Product Engineering team across Izmir and looking for Test Engineer to join us in Izmir with Division Chassis Solutions.

What you can look forward to as Test Engineer:

• Daily international teamwork with colleagues mainly from Germany (HQ), China, USA and also planning and performing of Chassis Component tests including result analysis and reporting.

• Hands on work in the test field (fixturing and equipment operation) is required for training purposes within a period of around 2 year.

• Result oriented cooperation, participate and contribute to SE and project kick off meetings with local and international project engineers and detailed analysis of customer specifications and its application to the product.

• Project timing and coordination, planning of test capacity and the necessary new test fixtures.

• Support (IATF16949) Audit.

Your profile as Test Engineer:

• University degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Machinery Engineering disciplines with first work experience preferably in automotive.

• Very good communication skills in fluent English (written, spoken) & German is a plus and intercultural awareness.

• Basic knowledge of design requirements, measurement techniques, hydraulics, electricity, metallurgy and capable to read and understand technical drawings.

• Preferably hands on experience in Automotive and/or Supplier Industry, Six Sigma Belt and also familiar with automotive quality standards (e.g. IATF16949).

• Experience with operating electromechanical and hydraulic test equipment.
