About the Team:

This position belongs to the Aftermarket Division and is part of the CV Business Line sales organization in Japan. The role works within a cross‑functional organization, collaborating closely with internal & external stakeholders including Sales, Technical Service, Operations, IAM distributors, workshops, and fleets. The position reports directly to the Japan CV sales leader and has a dotted‑line reporting to the APAC CV category manager to ensure APAC alignment of network strategies.

What you can look forward to as CV Workshop Network Manager:

  • Develop and grow Key Accounts and strengthen IAM Distribution channels for commercial vehicle spare parts in Japan.
  • Select priority customers and execute Regional Growth Programs by city and region to maximize market coverage and performance.
  • Acquire and optimize distribution channels and drive Portfolio Marketing activities, including seminars and events.
  • Roll out and continuously develop the proService Network, defining partner coverage and maximizing Workshop Pull through.
  • Scale up demand creation through Fleet Pull, focusing on truck and bus segments and tailored For Me Solutions.
  • Provide Technical Support for products and applications to OEM/OES customers, distributors, workshops, and fleets in cooperation with Technical Service.
  • Support the development and deployment of Diagnostic Tools and Workshop Equipment, coordinating internal functions and external partners for effective field implementation.
  • Identify new opportunities through Business Development in workshops and fleet channels and share insights with regional and global stakeholders.

Your Profile as CV Workshop Network Manager:

  • University degree or equivalent education; strong Aftermarket Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience related to Commercial Vehicles in sales, marketing, or network development roles.

  • Proven Partner Management experience with distributors, workshops, or fleet customers.

  • Strong Stakeholder Management capability with excellent Strong Communication skills across cultures and functions.

  • Solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track multi stakeholder initiatives and tool rollouts.

  • Experience working in a Multinational Environment with the ability to collaborate globally.

  • Native level Japanese and business level English (Japanese & English).

  • Willingness for Domestic Travel (approx. 2–3 times per month) and strong proficiency with MS Office tools.
