About the Team

Coordination and monitoring of project related work packages within the production plant between the related plant functions and the project team.

What you can look forward to as Launch Coordinator:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Suspension Products launches on time and budget. Ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements for (new or changed products) programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction—a “flawless launch”.

• Manage programs in accordance with ZF new product introduction management system requirements (GDPEP).

• Manage product launches for products both supplied out of other ZF locations for sale in Asia, or products designed by ZF and introduced to local manufacturers by associates, joint ventures, and licensees in the region.

• Internal reporting and escalation: reports and escalates to program manager and his/her line manager.

• Coordinates the tasks for the launch phase of the plant’s involved departments (Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production).

• Monitors and coordinates the plant related tasks within the plant under consideration of the overall project scope.

• Shares know how in launch phase from the plant with the project team.

• Communication structure to ensure clear awareness of Plant project deliverables, gaps and necessary actions in launch phase.

Your Profile as Launch Coordinator:

• 5~10 years of working experience.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Ability to lead and motivate others. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of project-planning tools.

• Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a resource plan, incl. change management

• Familiar with manufacturing and logistic processes and production methods.
  Profound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kaizen, Kanban, …
